Race Description: The inaugural Quintiles Marathon at Wrightsville Beach presented by Landfall Realty will be a historic event for those who participate. On Sunday, March 21st 2010 thousands of runners will begin their marathon quest from the ever popular destination island of Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. Each will enjoy the scenic coastal views during their journey. They will wind through Landfall Community, an exclusive development in Wilmington, NC for much of the course, and finish in Mayfaire Town Center. Competitors, their families and friends will take advantage of all the fun offered by this world famous beach destination.

I can't say enough good things about this race. It was well organized, well attended and overall a very good event. I will be doing this race again next year.
